Panacea Ops

Privacy Policy

Riggin Up LLC, doing business as Panacea Ops ("we", "us"). Effective October 26, 2026.

This policy explains what information Riggin Up LLC collects when we provide Jaeger, our operations assistant, and how we use it. It applies to our website and to text messages (SMS) and emails sent by Jaeger.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address and job role.
  • SMS consent records: the date you agreed to receive texts and how you agreed (for example, a signed consent form).
  • Messages you send to Jaeger by text or email, and Jaeger's replies, so it can answer you and keep context.
  • Business information needed to do the work, such as schedules, quotes and bookings for the businesses we operate for.

How we use it

  • To send the operational messages you signed up for: daily schedule briefs, alerts that need your attention, approval requests and replies to your questions.
  • To run and improve our operations services for the businesses we work with.
  • To keep records of consent and opt-outs, and to comply with the law and carrier rules.

We do not use your mobile number for marketing.

SMS messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to send you Jaeger's operational messages. We share information only with service providers that help us deliver those messages and run our services (for example, our text messaging and email providers and our hosting provider), only for that purpose, and as required by law.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions.

How we protect and keep information

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us at the address below.
