Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Jaeger, the operations assistant run by Riggin Up LLC, including the text messages (SMS) and emails it sends. By signing up to receive Jaeger's messages you agree to these terms.
SMS Terms
- Program: Jaeger (Panacea Ops), run by Riggin Up LLC. Jaeger texts business owners and staff who have opted in: daily schedule briefs, alerts that need their attention, approval requests and replies to questions they text in. No marketing messages.
- How you opt in: by signing our SMS consent form when you are onboarded. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a day.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and no more texts after that. To join again, reply START.
- For help: reply HELP, or email hbrown@astrotravel.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Using Jaeger
Jaeger is an assistant. It drafts and suggests, and actions that affect other people (for example, emails to customers) wait for an authorized person's approval. Don't rely on texts for emergencies.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
